Marena Garments are FDA approved, anti-microbial, breathable and have a power stretch providing medical grade compression of 17-23mmHG.  This material is designed to keep you cool and fresh , reducing pain and swelling with its unique patented 3 dimensional stretch fabric. Marena manufacturing is to the highest medical standards with branded soft Lycra and Tactel Nylon.  It is latex free, and can be machine washed without bleach.
