Clean Speed KTM 790/890 Brake Pedal

The Clean Speed KTM 790/890 Brake Pedal, machined from billet aluminum, has a significantly larger cross-section in the areas where the stock pedal has proven to be weak.  Blind mounting holes for the pedal pad screws yield a ‘C’ shaped cross-section which is much stronger than two parallel walls left from the through holes used on the stock pedal. Unlike other KTM Adventure bikes, the 790/890 uses a bolt for a hard stop that is threaded right in to one of the highest stress areas of the pedal. The factory adjustability of using a threaded bolt for the hard stop was maintained, but necessary geometry changes we made to strengthen this weak area in the event of a hard hit.
