Skyzone M5 5inch FPV Monitor w/ SteadyView Receiver & DVR

The M5 FPV monitor from Skyzone utilises the latest in 5.8GHz FPV receiver technology derived from Skyzone’s leading FPV goggles, to deliver the strongest reception and clearest image possible. The M5 is the first monitor we have come across to use image fusion receiver technology, rather than a traditional diversity receiver setup which is already offered in a lot of other FPV monitors.

Older diversity receiver technology works by switching to the antenna input with the strongest reception. The SteadyView receiver used by the M5 uses sophisticated hardware and clever algorithms to digitally reconstruct the images from both antennas inputs into one image, avoiding image tearing and rolling. This method provides the best possible video quality with no additional latency. If you prefer to use your own video receiver, the M5 has a AV input too.

Another function of the M5 is its DVR. By installing a microSD card, you can record the flight footage at 60FPS.

When it comes to powering the monitor you have several options. You can power it a 2-6S LiPo via the included XT60 power cable, from a USB-C power supply or a 18650 Lion battery (not included).
